Suburban lawyers review judge candidates

The Suburban Bar Coalition, made up of five suburban area bar associations, has recommended that three Cook County circuit court judges up for retention on the Nov. 2 ballot should not be returned to the bench.

Two other candidates for re-election were not recommended because they did not participate in the evaluation process.

Judges who were not recommended are David Delgado, Edna Turkington and Susan McDunn. Dorothy Jones and Arnette Hubbard did not appear before the coalition's screening panels and could not be recommended.
